Our mission is to provide education and to create lifelong learners of children, in a nurturing & play-based environment. We use the HighScope curriculum.
We believe any child can learn (even at a very early age). Our teachers are experienced and trained to care for your child. They create a warm and loving environment where your child feels safe and happy.
Learning Scope Academy maintains a highly motivated and enthusiastic staff dedicated to providing the best care and teaching resulting from professional training, education, and personal experience. The entire staff works closely together to build relationships with the children. We are here to guide each child’s unique developmental needs in a group-learning environment. At the same time, we provide engaging program activities that are intended to prepare each child for academic success, build social and emotional intelligence, and support their spiritual development.

Meet Our Owner/Director
Janeth Trujillo
Ms. Janeth’s journey with Learning Scope Academy began on January 6, 2014. She has a Master of Science in Early Childcare from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Janeth comes from an extensive background in education. She worked for Miami-Dade county for 24 years as the manager for Headstart. Her schools (including Carrie Meek Headstart) were school readiness recipients for five consecutive years in Liberty City, FL. Ms. Janeth worked for Easter Seals South Florida and was the head of six centers. Her background and qualifications make her an excellent leader, not only for our school but for our community as well.
